Summary
Touchmark Communities located in Coffee Creek, Edmond required a full exterior and interior renovation of 67,092 SF. This three-story facility includes several spacious private cottages and apartment homes that currently house full-time residents, along with a basement gymnasium, library, salon and a variety of other amenities. To avoid disrupting the resident community during construction, Timberlake worked very close with the construction team, the owners' at Touchmark's Corporate Headquarters and the local owners' facility management team to ensure that the project was completed on schedule and on budget. This renovation included an exterior remodel, deck repair and new interior finishes and flooring throughout. Timberlake also improved the grand auditorium by creating a new Thunder Bar for the resident community to utilize, along with a fireside lounge where residents are now able to relax and enjoy during the winter. With the updated renovation, we hope our Oklahoma senior residents will enjoy staying at Touchmark Communities for years to come!
