Summary
This 11,000 SF pre-engineered metal facility offers space to sell used vehicles to car buyers in the communities near Yukon, Moore, Norman and Edmond. It features an open showroom, full service auto lifts, a café area, a large vehicle service garage, offices as well as a kids’ waiting room. Construction management services were provided under a strict timeline. Despite the supply restrictions of the 2020 pandemic, the project was completed over seven months and was under the client’s original budget.
