Summary
Harbor Freight Tools is a retail chain carrying a wide range of tools, hardware, and other products for the home, garden, and car. On the site in Del City, Oklahoma, Harbor Freight required us to undertake a partial demolition and remodel of the existing building which was built 40 years ago, and was to be used as a mixed-use development site.
The 16,000 square foot development included the erection of exterior masonry walls, EIFS front, new joists, and a loading dock. The existing concrete floor was repaired and refinished to current tenant corporate specifications.
As part of the renovation the existing parking lot was also upgraded, along with the exterior signage and lighting.
