First Presbyterian Church Multi-function Youth Area

Built in 1976, the sanctuary at the First Presbyterian Church of Edmond was renovated to create a 10,000 square foot multi-function area for the congregation’s youth.

We provided construction management services for the renovation, overseeing the construction of a flexible, multifunctional space that can be used for worship, gathering, fellowship, and games. The renovation also included the creation of several small group rooms suitable for use during more intimate gatherings, a refreshment and coffee bar area with prep facilities, and an intergenerational lounge space that was designed to encourage adult-youth interaction in the church community.

Additional work was also carried out during this project for the church and included the replacement of all floors inside the adjacent Family Life Center, as well as the replacement of its rooftop unit.
