Located in Lower Bricktown in Oklahoma City, The Centennial on the Canal building is a newly constructed versatile residential and retail development that we provided construction management services for.
This modern multi-functional development includes 30 residential loft spaces ranging in size from 1,200 to 1,800 square feet. In addition to the 58,000 square feet of upscale residential space on the top three floors the project, the building also contains 28,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space on the street and canal levels.
The project has ample residential and commercial parking which is housed in the 19,000 square foot underground parking area. Residents of the building also have access to a roof-top pool, a cabana, and a modern private fitness center.
