Throughout the Watermark Bank tenant improvement project, our primary emphasis was on creating a brand new third and fourth bank space, alongside a complete transformation of their front lobby area. It was our mission to breathe new life into these spaces, instilling a fresh and sophisticated ambiance.
Our comprehensive renovation initiative encompassed a wide range of enhancements, including the rejuvenation of the existing lobby, installation of new carpeting, refurbishment of office spaces, the complete overhaul of conference rooms, the modernization of kitchen facilities, and the upgrading of restrooms.
The space has been transformed into inviting, open-concept environments characterized by vibrant, well-lit walls, as well as contemporary glass doors and windows. The resulting design not only elevates the aesthetics but also fosters a more collaborative and inspiring atmosphere for the bank’s staff and clients.
