This 34,832 SF four-story Chickasaw Community Bank Headquarters was designed to highlight nature and incorporate many native sustainable materials. With the continued growth of the Chickasaw Nation’s Community Bank, a new headquarters was needed to house the existing 200 Oklahoma City staff members, as well as additional space for further expansion. The new building will feature offices, six conference rooms and a multipurpose area for trainings and events. Timberlake has worked diligently with the bank to select high quality materials during the pandemic, while continuing to keep within the Owner’s strict budget and deadline.
The stone featured in the renderings reflect the color palette of both exterior and interior finishes that are special to the Chickasaw community. The lobby will include a 30 foot Chickasaw Warrior Statue, a symbol of the strength and resiliency of the Chickasaw people, and the unconquered and unconquerable spirit of the Chickasaw Nation.
