Summary
This project features a 10,300-square-foot, three-story addition that connects to the existing building on each floor. The
entire 27,300-square-foot existing structure was remodeled to include all new life safety systems, a state-of-the-art kitchen, multipurpose rooms, updated living quarters, and new restrooms. The renovation also included the addition of insulation to previously uninsulated walls and attic spaces, significantly improving the building’s energy efficiency.
