Summary
Located on the second floor of a 1929 warehouse in Bricktown, this 14,000 square foot renovation provides state-of-the-art office space in a historic setting for an independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company.
The design and construction work made extensive use of glass and natural wood, which stands in stark contrast to the exposed concrete frame, brick, mechanical, and electrical systems. Renovation of the historic steel sash windows further accentuated the industrial warehouse aesthetic.
The project also included additional construction work to the adjacent three-level Case Plow Works Building (originally constructed in 1909) to prepare this space so that it could be rented out to tenants.
