Summary
Frontier State Bank wanted to add an addition to their existing facility on Interstate 35 in Oklahoma City, and we provided comprehensive construction management for the project. The addition took the form of a four-story unit encompassing over 38,000 square feet, located on the east side of the existing building.
The expansion has more than doubled the square footage of the building, and provides much-needed office and conference spaces, as well as space for future expansion.
The addition is centered around a large atrium space that extends the full height of the building and features a large, circular grand staircase. A connector corridor was installed to allow easy access between buildings. The bank remained open and able to serve their customers during the construction process due to our careful and well-planned construction management.
