Summary
The Ponca Tribe’s Enterprise Gaming and Global Gaming Solutions hired Timberlake Construction to build the brand new Fancy Dance Casino just north of Perry, Oklahoma in Noble County. This new 10,000 SF Fancy Dance Casino has an approximately 6,600 SF gaming floor which accommodates about 300 games. The casino features a bar and snack bar area, as well as a player’s club. Gaming support and back-of-house spaces to support the facility are also included.
Site development included 200 parking spaces, utilities and drainage/retention/detention and other site improvements to support the new casino.
The Ponca Tribe plans to add future buildings to their 98-acre site to gain more foot traffic to Perry, Oklahoma.
