Comanche Nation Cache Casino

Summary

Timberlake’s role in the project involved completing a 13,200-square-foot pre-engineered metal building & mezzanine space to expand the Comanche Nation casino in Cache, Oklahoma. The building measured 140 feet by 100 feet with a 20-foot clear interior height. Inside, the space featured a gaming floor for around 340 slot machines, a new 2-meal restaurant with seating for at least 30 guests, a full-service kitchen, a 6-8 seat bar, and new restroom facilities. The exterior design included an entry vestibule to match the existing, and a new façade wall that seamlessly blended the new and existing buildings.

Additionally, the project included a redesigned site that provided approximately 200 parking spaces, fuel station, emergency service access lanes, and site lighting, all aimed at improving the visitor experience and ensuring smooth traffic flow.
