Mustang Prairie View Elementary School

Summary

This new County Line Elementary school was built to serve 650 pupils from the Mustang School district, and this purpose-built educational space was designed to meet the growing needs of school children ranging in age from those in pre-kindergarten through fourth grade.

The school building houses 33 classrooms, as well as a separate music room, and an art room. Child safety was at the heart of the design, so the school also includes five safe rooms – one located in each wing of the building and one in the administrative area.

The school also features communal learning areas, a fully-equipped media center, a dining hall, and a gymnasium.
Students at this school will benefit from the abundant use of natural daylight in the design, and from the well thought out interactive environment.
