Delta Tau Delta Fraternity House

Summary

This fraternity house signifies a new phase in the history of the Delta Tau Delta Fraternity at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater. This 31,356 SF house offers space to house fraternity members, host events, as well as a full-service kitchen, dining hall, large living room space complete with a fireplace and a piano room with windows looking out to the OSU campus. Construction management services were provided under a strict timeline. Despite the supply restrictions of the 2020 pandemic, the project was completed a little over a year and was under the client’s original budget.

"Kyle Burris, Project Manager, and Paul Harp, Superintendent, have been well-organized, forward-thinking, cost-conscious and sought every avenue to meet our completion date with a superior build. I noticed that Timberlake awarded Kyle and Paul, for two consecutive months, your "Golden Broom Award" for their production. I also understand they exceeded your safety standards by 6% on the job. It says a lot about a company who gives key players the recognition they earn on the way to building not only buildings but satisfied clients."
∼ Ival Gregory, Stillwater Delta Tau Delta Corp.
