For students who want broad exposure to the industry and who are not sure what future career path they want to take, our program provides options to rotate between departments, spending time with preconstruction, project managers, and superintendents. For students who know what role they want to pursue, we can customize the experience to match the skills and concepts they want to learn.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Students who are pursuing a degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals with good written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated and directed.
• Attention to detail and able to listen and apply knowledge.
• Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment internally and externally with a client service focus.
