The new Artesian Hotel and Spa will provide 81 guest rooms and suites, along with the finest amenities, on four levels in the heart of historic Sulphur, Oklahoma.

Originally constructed between 1913 and 1915, Benedictine Hall was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.  In November 2011, a series of earthquakes severely damaged the Hall’s four iconic masonry turrets. In light of the earthquake damage, and anticipating the Hall’s approaching centennial, St. Gregory’s has embarked on a project that will not only restore the turrets, but also accomplish numerous other rehabilitations and restorations to prepare the building for its next 100 years -- both inside and out.

Timberlake, along with our partners at The City of Guymon and Hornbeek Blatt Architects, are excited to be involved with three great new projects in Oklahoma's panhandle: New Guymon Fire Station, Guymon Public Library, and Guymon Animal Shelter.
