The new Artesian Hotel and Spa will provide 81 guest rooms and suites, along with the finest amenities, on four levels in the heart of historic Sulphur, Oklahoma.

This $30 million transformation of Mustang High School consists of the renovation of all existing buildings and construction of 107,000 square feet of new buildings that will provide a facility that meets the needs of this growing community.

This 20,000 square foot addition will provide an 800+ seat Sanctuary for the north Oklahoma City congregation.

The new Woodward Conference Center will be approximately 31,600 s.f.  Major components will include a main meeting hall that seats 700 with movable partitions that divide this room into 5 separate breakout meeting rooms; three classrooms will accommodate 80 persons ea.; large exhibit hall with full height glass; pre-function area; administration area; storage; and catering kitchen. 

Funding for this project was secured through the USDA Rural Development.  Timberlake Construction is working alongside the owner and USDA to maximize benefits to the community.
