Built in the early 1900’s and located on Oklahoma City’s historic Automobile Alley, 1015 North Broadway is home to Cardinal Engineering, Allied Arts of Oklahoma City, and the corporate offices for Valtech Technologies, Inc.

The Ardmore Convention Center is south central Oklahoma’s event and conference center. The 45,000+ square foot space accommodates the smallest to largest meetings with a variety of dividable multi-function areas and features.

The 147,350 square foot regional operations for ACA Member Services Company, a service provider for AAA clubs, is the first build-to-suit using elements of Koll Development Company’s branded Intellicenter design. The facility has also attained LEED Silver Certification.

The remodel of this facility provides a centralized location for check processing, ensuring that customer security is a priority. The comprehensive renovation includes access flooring and renovated building systems for the large computer rooms.

This existing 39,000 square foot, two story office building allows the owner to occupy the entire upper floor while keeping their relationship with the downstairs tenants. Renovations were completed keeping all occupants comfortable and operational.

This renovation and addition includes a new commons area, kitchen, library, academic offices, and classrooms. Special care was taken as the majority of the work took place during the school year and within the confines of the existing building.

Bishop McGuinness Athletics Facility, Oklahoma CityThis project involves a comprehensive, multi-part enhancement and expansion of the athletic facilities. The project was constructed while keeping the building and campus fully operational and in a safe environment.

This two-acre urban infill site is planned around a community green space, bringing high-end, modern, urban dwellings to Downtown Oklahoma City. Each of the 42 units is constructed with unique, owner-defined custom build-outs.

Timberlake has worked with Bob Moore Auto Group and Hurst Holdings since 2005. With multiple dealerships and locations, the team has successfully created a level of continuity and comfort in each new facility.

This project involves a comprehensive enhancement of this 40-year old Downtown urban plaza. Improvements include waterproofing and numerous site improvements, as well as a restoration of the adjacent parking structure.

Designed as the epicenter for Oklahoma City’s Bricktown Development, the fountain brings all of the area activities to this unique focal point. The carillon and bell tower have also become a familiar and welcome feature of the area.

Located in Lower Bricktown, this project includes 30 upscale lofts and 28,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Residents also have access to a roof-top pool, cabana, and fitness center.

This 500+ bed facility on 28.92 acres is comprised of three housing ‘pods’ with a mixture of classifications, as well as a full complement of support services and a state-of-the-art security electronics system.

Recognized as a model in environmental leadership, the City of Edmond complex includes a public service center, animal welfare facility, and fire station including administrative and training offices.

A planned residential community for individuals with various forms of memory loss, the facility addresses this primary function with every detail carefully crafted for memory loss support.

Epworth Villa is a community for active, mature adults offering a wide range of convenient services and amenities. Timberlake acted as general contractor for seven duplexes and fourteen units of independent cottage-style residences.

This project provides a three-level connection between the original 1920’s church and the 1950’s classroom structure, as well as renovation to the classroom building.

This 35,000 square foot facility is a comprehensive training and research organization for students, professionals, and first responders in all aspects of evidence collection, preservation, analysis, reporting and testimony.

The 1976 sanctuary was renovated to become a multi-function youth area. It includes space for worship, gathering, fellowship, and games, along with an inter-generational lounge to encourage adult-youth interaction.

John Glenn Elementary provides an exciting, state of the art K-5 school. The two story facility has over 100,000 square feet, with distinct grade-level divisions, providing students with age appropriate settings for children of similar size and age, while still allowing cross-grade student interaction.

Timberlake Construction was selected as the Construction Manager for the new Jones High School that was lost to fire in 2007. The new facility provides a comprehensive, state-of-the-art high school environment, rivaling any in the area.

This $30 million transformation of Mustang High School consists of the renovation of all existing buildings and construction of 107,000 square feet of new buildings that will provide a facility that meets the needs of this growing community.

The stadium is undergoing a complete renovation, increasing the seating capacity to 4,000+. Also included are a new press box, restrooms, concessions, ticket booths, parking, and doubling the size of the field house.

This 18,500 square foot facility on Oklahoma City’s historic Automobile Alley contains new offices for the OCCF staff as well as a state of the art conference center and various meeting rooms.

This project involves the relocation and/or demolition of numerous utilities and retaining walls and excavation of thousands of cubic yards of soil for a new tunnel, dock, and pedestrian access in the core of the City’s Downtown.

This new three-story, 47,500 square foot facility located near the Oklahoma Health Center Campus features donor and administrative space, a 2,500 square foot conference center, and 16,000 square feet of leasable space.

The 5,800 square foot dormitory provides housing for approximately 40 clients. Other elements include a safe room, weight room, laundry and storage facilities, office, and outdoor basketball and picnic areas.

This project involves renovation of 18,000 square feet on the OUHSC Campus for a concurrently maintainable Data Center, including redundant mechanical and electrical feeds, to store critical informational assets.

With 22,500 square feet, the facility is primarily comprised of computer warehouse space, along with areas for offices and redundant power systems. The building envelope incorporates numerous features to protect the critical informational assets stored inside.

This new 67,450 square foot facility functions as both corporate headquarters and manufacturing plant for this oil field equipment company. Features include high-bay assembly, hyperbaric test chamber, paint and machine shop facilities, and laboratory space.

This 250-bed facility is a low- to maximum-security correctional facility with a central master control location along with two satellite control locations. It connects to the existing Juvenile Detention Center via a secure, completely enclosed walkway.

Timberlake has worked with St. Luke’s for several years focusing on different renovations and additions. With marble walls and fountain, the remembrance courtyard provides a peaceful place for contemplation.

This 12,000 square foot nursery and classroom center combines the needs of the church with all of the requirements of a daycare center, and also provides a fun and exciting environment for kids.

With 134,000 square feet, this center consists of five retail anchor locations clad in red brick and designed to blend with the University of Oklahoma campus architecture. Timberlake was also involved in the interior finish-out for several of the national retail tenants.

The Oklahoma Veterans Center is an existing facility in Sulphur. This project consists of a phased demolition and reconstruction of the building, resulting in approximately 84,000 square feet of new residential and office space.

With approximately 77,000 square feet, West Field is home for approximately 1,200 Kindergarten through 5^th Grade students. Amenities include a full-size gym, a completely equipped kitchen, and six concrete-walled safe rooms.

This 14,000 square foot building is situated to the existing high school football/track stadium and includes locker rooms, showers, restrooms, weight/training rooms and athletic offices.
