This two-acre urban infill site is planned around a community green space, bringing high-end, modern, urban dwellings to Downtown Oklahoma City. Each of the 42 units is constructed with unique, owner-defined custom build-outs.

This project involves a comprehensive enhancement of this 40-year old Downtown urban plaza. Improvements include waterproofing and numerous site improvements, as well as a restoration of the adjacent parking structure.

Designed as the epicenter for Oklahoma City’s Bricktown Development, the fountain brings all of the area activities to this unique focal point. The carillon and bell tower have also become a familiar and welcome feature of the area.

John Glenn Elementary provides an exciting, state of the art K-5 school. With 134,000 square feet, this center consists of five retail anchor locations clad in red brick and designed to blend with the University of Oklahoma campus architecture. Timberlake was also involved in the interior finish-out for several of the national retail tenants.

The Oklahoma Veterans Center is an existing facility in Sulphur. This project consists of a phased demolition and reconstruction of the building, resulting in approximately 84,000 square feet of new residential and office space.

With approximately 77,000 square feet, West Field is home for approximately 1,200 Kindergarten through 5th Grade students. Amenities include a full-size gym, a completely equipped kitchen, and six concrete-walled safe rooms.
