The Ardmore Convention Center is south central Oklahoma’s event and conference center. The 45,000+ square foot space accommodates the smallest to largest meetings with a variety of dividable multi-function areas and features.

Located on Table Rock Lake, this rustic facility has several adaptable meeting and function rooms of varying size that can accommodate groups from 10 to 1,000. The Grand Ballroom will accommodate large groups up to 550 guests.

With 1,000 seats and the thrust stage, the performance space has been hailed as the finest in Oklahoma for facilities of this size. Situated adjacent to Weatherford High School, this 48,000 square foot facility was funded by a joint effort between Weatherford Public Schools and the City of Weatherford.

The new Woodward Conference Center is approximately 31,600 s.f.  Major components include a main meeting hall that seats 700 with movable partitions that divide this room into 5 separate breakout meeting rooms; three classrooms accommodate 80 persons ea.; large exhibit hall with full height glass; pre-function area; administration area; storage; and catering kitchen. Funding for this project was secured through the USDA Rural Development.
